Infant massage is more than soothing touch—it’s a way to bond, support your baby’s development, and foster calm, confident caregiving. These classes teach parents and babies to communicate through mindful, nurturing touch that promotes relaxation, sensory growth, and connection.
Touch is the first sense to develop in the womb and plays a vital role in physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Unlike everyday touches during diaper changes or feedings, infant massage is intentional. It helps babies experience respectful touch, supports sensory integration, and helps parents understand their baby’s cues. It can also improve sleep, ease colic or gas, and soothe common discomforts—bringing comfort for babies and reassurance for parents.
As an occupational therapist, I bring child development expertise to each class, while keeping the environment warm, welcoming, and supportive. Techniques are gentle and adaptable for babies from birth to 12 months, including those with unique developmental needs.
Classes combine Swedish and Indian massage, baby reflexology, and infant yoga—creating a holistic, safe, and loving experience that nurtures both baby and caregiver.

I discovered infant massage after my first child was born, and it quickly became a cherished parts of our daily routine. I wish I had found it sooner— when those early days of parenthood felt overwhelming. For me, infant massage became a sweet, calming way to connect with my first child, develop rituals we could carry throughout life, and slow down in a world that feels fast-paced and full of distractions.
I’ve always been drawn to bodywork and mindful practices, exploring Reiki and craniosacral work even before becoming a licensed occupational therapist. Ultimately, I was looking for something that could bring together science, intuition, and spirituality. Infant massage does just that—merging evidence-based understanding with mindful, nurturing touch. I love the intentionality of it, and teaching it allows me to share that pause and presence with other families during this tender time of life.

This class is for parents and caregivers of babies ages 0–12 months, whether it’s your first baby or another little one. Because infant massage is rooted in connection and trust, participants should be someone your baby knows and feels safe with.
Classes are baby-led and flexible—crying, feeding, diaper changes, movement, and breaks are always welcome. Class sizes are kept small to create a calm, supportive, and intimate environment. For families with multiple children, this is a special opportunity for one-on-one time that a new sibling might not usually get.
You’ll learn about nurturing touch, how to trust your inner intuition, and how to read and respond to your baby’s cues—building confidence while deepening your unique bond.
Gentle massage techniques can help support common infant challenges such as colic, congestion, and digestive discomfort, alongside simple guidance on positioning, movement, and overall development, informed by my background as a licensed occupational therapist.
This class is inclusive and welcoming to all families, providing a nurturing, nonjudgmental space for connection—with your baby and with other caregivers navigating this special, transitional time in life.
