Infant Massage Classes & Occupational Therapy
Empowering babies and children to learn, grow and adapt in a supportive environment.
Empowering babies and children to learn, grow and adapt in a supportive environment.
Infant massage provides numerous health, behavioral, and emotional benefits for babies, parents and caregivers. Baby-led massage classes are a fun, relaxing and intentional experience. You will learn a variety of therapeutic touch and massage techniques that help promote stimulation, relaxation, positive interaction and pain and discomfort relief for you and your baby.
Infant massage classes are baby-led (yes, your baby comes with you to class!) and designed for parents and caregivers. Classes are an hour long and are held weekly over the course of 4 to 5 weeks. All babies are welcome and you will not be turned away if your baby is crying or fussy, and you may take as many breaks as necessary. It is my goal to create a safe and positive environment for you to be with your baby.
Contact Lila at lilaOTRL@gmail.com if you are interested in receiving more information about group and private infant massage classes.
Occupational Therapy (OT) Occupational Therapists are healthcare professional who help people improve their ability to perform daily activities, also known as "occupations." I use skilled observation, assessments, and clinical reasoning to identify your child’s challenges. This helps us create goals so they can participate in those activities with more confidence, joy and independence.
OT can help with improving fine and gross motor skills, visual skills and coordination, sensory processing, sequencing tasks, emotional regulation, play, attention, social skills training, job coaching, home modifications, mentoring through transitions, corporate health training, and more.
A few examples of child occupations include:
dressing, eating, bathing (hygiene), playing, engagement with others, sleeping and academics (writing, typing, etc.)
Occupational therapy is most effective when provided in the client's natural environment, where their occupations are most impacted.
My name is Lila. I am a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in pediatrics. I provide individual and group occupational therapy (OT) for children ages 0-21 in homes and at schools.
It is my goal to help bridge the gap between what your child needs to do and what they’re able to do, in a way that is fun, meaningful, and engaging.

Play is a child’s most important occupation, where most learning occurs. OT is meant to be enjoyable!
Building and developing skills through play or functional activities and tasks
Providing information and consulting with parents, teachers, and business and staff about how they can help support a child’s or a group of children's occupational performance
Modifying the environment or the demands of a task to help support performance. This can include adding adaptive equipment, utilizing sensory tools, working on sequencing and more
Finding strategies or techniques that work around limitations
Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of your child and promote their overall development
If you have questions about if occupational therapy might benefit your child, feel free to send me an email. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
